Meet your doula
Brittney Hutcherson
Hi, I’m Brittney Hutcherson—your Rich Auntie, doula, advocate, and community-rooted maternal care provider.
As the founder of Rich Auntie Maternal Care Agency, my heart’s work is walking alongside you through one of the most transformative journeys of your life—no matter where you begin or how your story unfolds. I offer full-spectrum, judgment-free support that centers your needs, your culture, and your voice. Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or navigating postpartum life, my goal is to ensure you feel empowered, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way.
I’m a certified Community Health Worker and Maternal Mental Health Community Health Worker, trained in trauma-informed care and dedicated to improving maternal health outcomes through education, access, and advocacy. I’m also certified in CPR/AED, Mental Health First Aid, and head trauma care, and serve as a mandated reporter. My background allows me to support families in a wide range of circumstances—including those involved in CPS cases or those facing the heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss, as a trained PAIL (Pregnancy and Infant Loss) advocate.
My services include birth and postpartum doula care, breastfeeding peer counseling, placenta encapsulation, lactation education, and both prenatal and childcare coordination. I also offer respite care, giving caregivers the time and space they need to rest, recover, or reset. Whether you’re local to Wisconsin or beyond, I offer both in-person and virtual support, and I travel to families outside my immediate service area for more personalized, on-site care.
At Rich Auntie, it’s not just about the baby—it’s about you too. You deserve care that’s rooted in respect, love, and knowledge. When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a doula—you’re gaining a trusted partner who sees you, hears you, and honors your entire journey into parenthood.
